STRATEGY REPORT

THE STREAMING PIVOT

HOPPPS becomes a streaming company.

Today HOPPPS is a workforce-protection ecosystem with a creator page bolted on. This report reframes the entire product around video and live streaming — and ends with a ready-to-run prompt to reorganise every page.

12 pages audited · Aug 22, 2026 · v2 → v3

01 — THE THESIS

From “never be jobless” to “get paid to go live.”

The pivot keeps HOPPPS’s best asset — protected, continuous income — and points it at a single activity: streaming. Creators broadcast their work, teach, and launch live; the ecosystem handles discovery, payments, and the safety net underneath. Everything that was about “jobs” becomes about “channels, shows, and audiences.”

04 — THE REORGANISATION PROMPT

Run this to reorganise everything.

Paste this back to me and I’ll execute the pivot across all pages, one at a time.

Reorganise the entire HOPPPS product around video and live streaming, keeping the dark/vivid-red identity, logo, custom cursor, and cross-page nav. Do it page by page:

1. Rewrite the global nav everywhere to: Watch · Go Live · Channels · Earnings · Trust · Studios.
2. Command Center → the streaming hub: live-now + trending feed, followed channels, continue-watching.
3. Create → the Go Live studio (this is now the flagship): start/schedule a stream, live viewer + earnings stats.
4. Worker Profile → creator channel: video grid, live badge, subscribers, continuity-backed earnings.
5. Company Profile → studio/network page: shows, creator roster, open talent calls.
6. Insurance → creator landing ("get paid to go live"); Business → For Studios landing.
7. Flow → creator earnings (subs, tips, ad splits, payouts) — keep the continuity income floor.
8. Secure → Trust & Safety (stream moderation, content protection); Certification → Verified Creator.
9. for Business → studio dashboard; Native → AI show factory.
10. Fold Start a Business into Native or delete it.

Use video/stream placeholders where imagery is needed and keep every cross-link working.

Note: this is a large multi-page change. I’ll do it page by page so each stays reviewable — tell me if you’d rather start with one flagship page (Command Center → the streaming hub) before committing the rest.

The through-line stays.

Every screen changes subject — jobs become channels, roles become shows — but HOPPPS’s promise doesn’t: protected, continuous income. On the streaming side that becomes the creator earnings floor, so no one drops to zero between broadcasts. That’s the pivot in one line: get paid to go live, and stay paid between shows.
